We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior PPC Manager focused on Meta to join our dynamic Marketing team and contribute to our Company's growth and marketing strategies.

Requirements / What you will require / Good-to-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and mediabuying, with a strong focus on performance marketing;
  • Experience in UA and running successful advertising campaigns for at least one international market (e.g., UK, MENA) for a mobile app and desktop;
  • System approach to lead generation through paid channels (optimisation of ads, creatives, landing pages), region-focused approach;
  • Focus on ROI, prioritise leads quality over quantity;
  • Strong understanding of financial brokerage products, customer behavior, and industry regulations is a plus
  • Experience in tools for ad creatives (Figma, Canva) is a plus;
  • Experience in using AI is a plus;
  • Yahoo Gemini and Google Ads experience is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, is essential. The role requires effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders. C1+ level is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and refine digital advertising campaigns predominantly on Facebook Ads, while also leveraging other related META platforms;
  • Develop intricate models of ad buying on different international markets, including the UK, LatAM, and MENA to foster the growth of specific verticals and enhance our market presence;
  • Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROMI and LTV;
  • Serve as the strategic leader and voice for all paid media related acquisition initiatives;
  • Govern advertising budgets with a readiness to manage substantial funds, potentially scaling up to $200k on a weekly basis;
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages;
  • Collaborate with the account management team to develop promotional strategies.
