Job Description:
Reporting to the Fairfield Bellarmine Campus Director of Admission
Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategy for recruitment of first year students.
Cultivate relationships with guidance counselors, community agencies, parents, students (current and prospective), faculty and alumni.
Review applications and assist with all processes related to the enrollment of the first year class
Assist and facilitate prospective and admitted student yield programming and outreach.
Assist in data management and back-office operations
Work collaboratively with campus and community partners
Participate in professional development that builds competencies in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and admissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
1-2 years of progressive admission experience or comparable experience in education or DEI work; experience in event planning; either professionally or as a student, is highly desirable;
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, possesses cultural competence and ability to work with diverse groups of people;
Knowledge of Slate CRM preferred. Public speaking ability, flexibility, and ability to both work independently and collaboratively critical to position.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends throughout recruitment and yield cycles.
Valid driver’s license required.
Spanish-speaking ability highly desirable.
