Description:
We currently have openings for Part-time Admissions Liaison. Schedule: Saturday's 9am-5:30pm
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares admission paperwork in advance of client arrival.
Explains admission paperwork to clients arriving to be admitted and collects appropriate signatures.
Takes digital photo of new clients.
Types and scans client data into computer systems.
Collects payments.
Provides emotional support to clients and families arriving for treatment.
Conducts campus-wide tours.
Works in a call center environment answering incoming calls.
Maintains Salesforce database by entering incoming and outgoing calls.
Makes outbound phone calls to referents and family members.
Exhibits a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills with each interaction.
Utilizes knowledge of TK program and Admissions process to field inquiries from callers.
ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULING:
Work is performed in a behavioral health treatment center setting
Daily face-to-face contact with behavioral health clients
Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and additional hours when necessary
