Executive Communications Manager - Legal, Security & Policy

As an Executive Communications Manager for our Legal, Security & Policy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our messaging to key stakeholders and executives. You will work closely with our legal, security, and policy teams to ensure that our communications are accurate, impactful, and aligned with our... company's values and goals. Develop and implement strategic communication plans for the Legal, Security & Policy team that align with the company's overall goals and values. Collaborate with the legal, security, and policy teams to understand their objectives and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders and executives. Craft messaging and content that accurately reflects the company's position on legal, security, and policy issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for all external and internal communications related to the Legal, Security & Policy team. Monitor and manage the company's reputation and messaging around legal, security, and policy matters. Identify and proactively address potential communication challenges or issues that may arise. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, industry leaders, and media outlets. Manage and oversee the creation and distribution of all communication materials, such as press releases, speeches, presentations, and social media content. Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to legal, security, and policy issues, and incorporate relevant information into company messaging. Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies to ensure maximum impact and alignment with company goals. Represent the Legal, Security & Policy team at internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements. Mentor and guide junior communication team members to promote their professional growth and development. Uphold Adobe's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all communication efforts. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to communication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
