We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Corporate Accounts team in the Digital Media division. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our corporate clients. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for Adobe's Digital Media division. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities with corporate clients and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition. Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our client base. Stay informed about Adobe's products and services, as well as our competitors, to effectively communicate their value to clients. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the sales team. Uphold and promote Adobe's core values of integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and innovation in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
