In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing experience design initiatives while... collaborating with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams. You will lead a team of designers to create comprehensive designs for web, mobile, and desktop products. You will also be responsible for creating design standards, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design, and ensuring a seamless user experience at every touchpoint.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in designing user experiences, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to think outside the box and solve complex design problems. They will have a passion for creating products that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Create and manage experience design initiatives while collaborating with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
