Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and make strategic recommendations. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations to enhance partnership opportunities. Act as a liaison between Adobe and its customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to expand and deepen existing customer partnerships. Continuously monitor and evaluate partnership performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Identify and address potential challenges or conflicts within partnerships to maintain positive relationships. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential partnership opportunities. Maintain thorough documentation of partnership agreements and regularly report on progress and results to senior management. Represent Adobe as a knowledgeable and trusted partner in customer-facing interactions. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure their success in managing customer partnerships.
