We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We’re passionate about empowering people to craft beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and to build exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. Role Overview
We’re seeking a Vice President of Global Employee and Workplace Experience to redefine the way we engage with our employees at scale, elevate our Employee Experience (EX) strategies, and lead with purpose.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this person will be a key member of the EX leadership team. You will be at the forefront of driving transformational change in how we operate and engage with 30,000 employees around the world. You will have the extraordinary opportunity to create the future of work and EX operations, infusing innovation, technology, and standard processes to foster an environment of excellence and inclusivity. Responsibilities
Strategic Vision: Create and implement a transformative EX operations strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives. Lead the charge in reimagining our EX processes, systems, and practices to create a best-in-class employee experience, with direct functional responsibility for:
HR services, including employee relations and support operations for employees, people managers, and contingent workers “from hire to retire”
Workplace planning and design, operations services, programs, and vendor management for a world-class, sustainably operated global real estate portfolio
Physical safety, security, risk and crisis management, and aviation operations
Employee Engagement: Champion innovations that enhance Adobe's end-to-end employee experience to reinforce our people-centered culture, enhance business performance, and contribute to retention. Foster teamwork and culture-building through workplace experiences. Provide scaled HR support to employees and people managers through our shared services ranging from operations, management support, and employee relations. Partner with the technology team to enable one-Adobe, digital-first engagement models.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate across functions, partnering with leadership teams to understand and anticipate the unique needs and challenges of the business. Develop solid relationships with key partners within EX and across legal, finance, communications, and IT to ensure our employee operations strategies are integrated and aligned.
Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in employee experience, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Lead root cause problem-solving and simplification of processes wherever possible, and use data-driven insights to prioritize and optimize EX operations and decision-making.
Change Leadership: Act as a change agent, inspiring and guiding the organization through periods of transformation. Provide thought leadership on organizational change strategies to navigate evolving business landscapes. Qualifications
Transformational Leadership: Proven track record of leading HR transformation and change management efforts. A forward-thinker who can translate bold visions into practical strategies.
Global Perspective: Extensive experience in managing HR operations on a global scale. Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts and complex regulatory environments.
Collaborative Influencer: Adept at building strong relationships and partnerships across functions and levels. Skilled in influencing and guiding diverse teams towards common goals.
Innovative Approach: Passion for pushing boundaries, exploring emerging HR trends, and incorporating technology and data-driven insights into HR strategies.
Exceptional Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. You will also be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to helping each other grow through our unique Check-In approach where continual feedback flows freely.
