Learn more about ADP's commitment on our YouTube channel: http://adp.careers/DEI_VideosWHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day:• Help define the product strategy for the Next Gen HCM payroll offering.• Work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for innovation and translate desired business outcomes into technology solutions.• Collaborate with your development and UX partners on designing, developing and testing platform features.• Define measurable goals and track their outcomes.• Actively stay abreast of changes in the HR technology landscape to help us strategize our roadmap for the broader product portfolio and continue to be the thought leader in the HR technology space.• Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Services teams on the development of product positioning and demo design to ensure that business objectives are achieved.• Manage a team of product managers responsible for translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that can be implemented by developers.• Provide coaching and/or training sessions to help our clients with the adoption of technological solutions.• You have 10+ years of overall in the same or similar Product Management role, and you also have experience as a Product Leader in a Fortune 500 organization leveraging/implementing solutions like ADP, Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors.What are you waiting for?
