Sales Support Analyst

ADP is hiring a Sales Support AnalystWe are currently looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the sales teams for the deal closing process, evaluating documentation, and providing detailed assistance to our underwriting team. Collaboration with sales teams and internal partners is essential for success in this role, particularly regarding policy changes. Must have a strong background in sales support and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly as this will be pivotal.This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high-energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and validate client data and work directly with sales team to ensure accurate collection of key documentationGathering client information such as I9s, garnishments, pricing addendums, service agreements and more to complete the deal closing paperworkKnowledgeable of closed deal requirements & auditing to ensure accuracyAbility to work independently and meet individual & team KPIs.Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales’ issues and questionsDemonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely mannerUnderstand and master closed deal requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness on deal submission to implementation partnersProvide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices and training on ADP solutions, based on client input or experienceQualifications:2-4 years of experience working in customer support or client service/customer service environmentPreferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:Proven ability to produce positive resultsStrong client relationship building skillsMust be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsFamiliarity with Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRMAbility to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skillsThe ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situationsInitiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information.Strong Microsoft Office experience.
