As a Part-time Accountant, you'll play a vital role within our leadership team. Your day-to-day will include developing and maintaining operational financial forecasts for our locations, building financial models that drive our business decisions, and creating internal assessments for potential mergers and acquisitions. We value your expertise in facilitating the annual budgeting process, preparing monthly balance sheets, and generating consolidated expense summaries. Your insights will shape executive decisions, and you'll help us refine our financial tracking and reporting processes for consistency and clarity. Plus, you'll have the pleasure of collaborating with our CEO and Operations Manager in weekly calls, making your voice heard in strategic discussions. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), at least 3 years of accounting experience—ideally in healthcare or multi-location businesses—and a knack for analytical thinking, we'd love to meet you!
