Inside Sales Representative

ATS, a company focused on Industrial Maintenance, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of successful sales experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of promoting and selling products/services
  • Outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Previous experience with sales CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Identify key influencers within the buying cycle
  • Document activities and forecasting utilizing Salesforce CRM
  • Develop effective prospecting campaigns and maintain list integrity
  • Communicate research and potential service opportunities to sales teams
  • Achieve monthly sales quota targets

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
