· Handle the implantation, deployment, migration, and integration of solutions on the cloud, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and scalability of solutions.
· Apply cloud computing best practices to deploy different workloads on the cloud.
· Create automation scripts to deploy and manage applications and solutions on the cloud in all life cycle stages, practicing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DaaS and GitOps best practices.
· Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
· Participate with the Solution Architect team in the design activities for cloud solutions.
· Act as a trusted advisor for the client in all aspects related to DevOps architecture implementation.
· Contribute to the wider DevOps practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration.
Create, update, and maintain FORTE CLOUD knowledge base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management with a focus on DevOps and multi-cloud environments.
- Proficiency in AWS and Azure services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with microservice architectures and best practices for container orchestration environments.
- Experience with CI/CD orchestration tools for release and deployment.
- Expertise in Windows & Linux administration, performance monitoring, and debugging.
- Experience in server and application status monitoring using cloud-native tools or third-party solutions.
- Working knowledge of various database engines.
- Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and other business continuity solutions.
- Experience with open-source tools and platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and virtual hosting technologies.
- At least 3 public cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
