Manages and coordinates efforts across the digital ecosystem to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that drive engagement, growth and brand awareness while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communication, IT, consumer digital and external partners to execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required• Master's Degree: Preferred• Seven years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership: Preferred• Five years' leadership experience: Preferred• Healthcare experience: PreferredEssential Functions:• Develops and implements digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Maintains and develops digital policies, standards and processes to ensure best practices are implemented and followed. Identifies opportunities to leverage digital tools and platforms to solve business challenges, improve return on marketing investment and enhance consumer engagement and experience. Leads, mentors and develops a team of digital marketing professionals. Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.• Manages and optimizes the marketing tech stack, from CRM/marketing automation to websites and other digital platforms. Ensures a seamless user experience, mobile optimization and compliance with privacy and accessibility standards. Oversees web development partners and web processes across an ecosystem of domains. Oversees the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising with internal and agency partners. Collaborates with agency partners to ensure cohesive and strategic campaign execution. Ensures campaigns are data-driven, leveraging analytics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Oversees the utilization of Adventist Health’s marketing CRM for campaign management.• Directs the creation and management of high-quality digital content that engages and informs our target audiences. Collaborates with content creators, designers and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. Develops and oversees the implementation of strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive paid search performance. Monitors and analyzes SEO and SEM metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance visibility and traffic. Grows Adventist Health’s reputation and improves access for patients by leading and expanding our online reputation management strategy and processes, including listings and reviews.• Works closely with internal partners, including marketing and communication, IT, consumer digital, legal and compliance, to ensure a safe, cohesive and comprehensive approach to digital marketing strategy and adoption of new technologies. Manages relationships with external vendors and partners, including digital agencies and digital marketing technology providers. Develops and manages the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.• Utilizes advanced analytics tools to track, measure and report on digital marketing performance. Provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Organizational Requirements:Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
