Specifically, we are growing our Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate..In this role, you will work with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability Team. As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team, reporting to the Global Sustainability Program Director, you will own sustainability engagement and develop sustainability program management. This role requires asystems-oriented philosophy and programmatic approach to drive comprehensive and transparent processes, program components, and engagements.This position is remote, but requires occasional client site visits in your region.What this job involves• Implement, monitor and improve upon energy and sustainability programs to reach client sustainability goals and objectives.• Understand and execute energy management or sustainability strategy, including local site-level plans.• Ensure program components and documentation are developed, maintained, controlled, regionally or globally aligned, and communicated as appropriate.• Drive operational improvements through the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance across regional portfolio and building-level perspective.• Lead sustainability communications and engagements with executive-ready quality.• Enable collaboration across the sustainable operations team to develop, maintain, and improve upon program components including processes, reports and delivery tools.• Lead the development of success stories through enabling collaboration across the JLL Sustainable Operations team members to share best practices and develop case studies.Key responsibilities include:• Develop and manage Sustainability Programs through the implementation of site-level sustainability plans to facility managers, and provide training to support their site-level activities.• Support program reporting objectives and provide management information relating to the use of utilities and the impact of operational processes on the internal and external environment.• Own and control all program documentation, including proactive identification, development, and maintenance of documented processes, programs, plans, procedures, report templates, and communication templates.• Ensure all sustainable operations team routine activities are documented and optimized as program components to enable scalability and align with scope of work mapping.• Work with Global Integration Lead to develop and maintain the sustainable operations team's comprehensive communications plan, aligning to internal / external stakeholders• Develop, maintain, and own client interfacing engagement materials, working with the sustainable operations team, account colleagues and client team for input and approval• Establish strong working relationships with account and client teams to ensure comprehensive sustainability support and leadership positioning of sustainable operations team• Maintain sustainable operations roadmap for accuracy, updates, and status reports that the Global Program and Integration Lead will use in client meetings• Work across sustainable operations team to track and communicate success stories to ensure a high level of awareness and engagement is achieved with regard to the overall sustainability program and client's success• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions• Identify opportunities for enhancing systems and processes for program transparency and alignment to internal/external expectations and support with team members' responsibilitiesSound like you?
