We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the AeroCloud Team as a key stakeholder responsible for driving revenue, growing our network of airports and partners, and taking our innovations to market. This role will play a crucial part in fortifying the AeroCloud brand, differentiating our unique value proposition, and accelerating the growth of the organisation.

About the Role - Product Marketing Manager

In this role, you will take ownership of understanding and developing our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas, while creating compelling content that resonates with our target audiences across various marketing channels.

You'll work closely with our Product and Commercial Teams to create engaging thought pieces, case studies, and high-converting email copy, as well as writing marketing campaign materials for account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, to ensure that our products succeed in the market. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for writing impactful content, we would love to hear from you!

We are also looking for someone with a broad skill set who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has an interest in growing into a leadership role as the team and company scale. This is an ideal opportunity for a versatile individual ready to take on more responsibility as we expand our capacity.

Product Marketing Responsibilities:

  • "Be the champion, expert and product marketing engine behind the AeroCloud platform, helping grow our pipeline, ACV and awareness while driving our product value strategy across priority segments"
  • "Build and evangelize a deep understanding of AeroCloud's products and customers as well as buyers and communities, to educate internal and external audiences on our value propositions"
  • "Develop buyer insights that fuel go-to-market planning, campaign strategies and market awareness"
  • "Drive Product Launches ensuring products are showing up across ICP's"
  • "Partner with Product, Customer Success and Commercial Teams to develop testimonials, case studies, and wins for internal and external use"

Event Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and Manage in-person events with pre and post digital campaign support
  • Adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates based on tracked information in HubSpot by partnering with Revenue Operations
  • Own the business impact of each campaign from MQL to Deal Closure
  • Project manage all ABM / Digital campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving environment across multiple product suites and geographic regions
  • Strategic problem solver with a growth mindset, a bias toward action and a comfort with numbers including an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Objectivity and willingness to others' views while continuously building positive, team collaboration
