Job Title: Customer Support AssociateJob DescriptionThe Customer Support Associate/Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance with software and equipment, resolving customer/client issues via phone or electronically (email). You must have the ability to escalate complex problems to higher roles and perform customer resolution efficiently and effectively. The average amount of time on the phone will range from 1-2.5 hours, with the remainder spent emailing and writing reports from each customer situation.Hard Skills• Technical support experience (1-2+ years needed)Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.Work EnvironmentSHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F, with occasional OT during the week.
