Job Title: Customer Support AssociateJob DescriptionAs a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance with software and equipment, and resolving customer or client issues via phone or electronically (email). Your role will involve the ability to escalate complex problems to higher-level roles, perform customer resolutions efficiently and effectively. You will spend an average of 1-2.5 hours on the phone daily, with the remaining time dedicated to emailing and writing reports from each customer interaction.Hard Skills• Technical support experience (1-2+ years)Soft Skills• Ability to escalate complex problems• Efficient and effective resolution skillsJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.Work EnvironmentSHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during the week.
