Electrical Assembler

Aerotek is currently hiring electrical assemblers or panel builders to join a growing company in Rochester, NY!Employees will build and test electrical components, panels, and systems for automated machinery. This opportunity includes competitive health benefits upon hire, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO. Compensation will be based on experience.Employees will be working on a team of electrical assemblers, panel builders, and mechanical machine builders, and engineers to complete complex wiring and builds for automated equipment. Training will be provided.Responsibilities:• Responsible for following blueprints and schematics for electrical wiring• Perform electrical testing using various tools• Work with engineering to adjust prints and build information• Mechanical component assembly required when necessarySkill Recommendations:• Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics; will train if needed• Previous machine building or electrical panel wiring experience preferred• Previous electrical experience recommended; certifications not required but beneficialAdditional Information:• Schedule: Monday - Friday• Shift: First/Day shift• Clean, climate controlled work environment• Pay $22 - $30/hr based on experience• Benefits available upon hire• PTO• Paid holidays• NYS sick leave• Additional training provided if necessary• About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
