Assembler/General Production $18-20/HRJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a General Production role. This is a six-month contract position with openings in two different assembly departments. The shifts are from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities• Read work instructions and blueprints.• Utilize hand tools and hand sanders.• Dip sheets into a product to harden them, bake, and measure them.• Check for defects and ensure quality standards.• Package products according to order sheets and prepare for shipping.• Lift up to 50 lbs.• Operate a table saw and overhead crane.• Work with tubes used to build pumps and large parts for aluminum pumps.• Use a paint gun to paint parts and work with cement to assemble graphite tools.• Wear a respirator for more than 50% of the job.• MUST HAVE CLEAN SHAVEN FACE AND MUST BE COMFORATLE WEARING A RESPIRATOR !!!About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
