The role demands a 60% presence on the production floor and 40% in office-related activities including meetings, emails, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include promoting and actively participating in safety enhancements, ensuring product quality, achieving departmental goals, planning and coordinating departmental activities, driving operational improvements, developing standard work procedures, and preparing annual operating budgets.
