Job Title: Service Project ManagerMust Haves:• Excellent time management & communication skills• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical / plumbing / generator equipment• At least 2 years in a managerial capacity (overseeing the trades)• Need to have the management experience.. will be walking into a team of 10 techs..• Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals and schematics• VALID License.Job Description:Seeking a service project manager to oversee 10 HVAC technicians.Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivity.Working with clients to deliver a positive, energetic and accurate level of service. Set 1:1 meetings with technicians to ensure they are being evaluated properly. Monitors the department’s service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition to allow technicians to efficiently work out of the vehicle, and that an adequate inventory of parts and material are maintained.Part of morning huddles providing leadership and support to the techs.Pay:$30/hrAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
