Product Manager, Partner Experience

Aescape is looking for a Product Manager, Partner Experience who can define the vision and lead the team that develops the application suite that enables our partners to build successful businesses around the Aescape massage experience. You’ll be collaborating cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Research, and Hardware teams as we launch and scale our business around the world. This is an amazing opportunity for you to sharpen your technical skills as well as a strong business toolkit working alongside our partners each day as we revolutionize the massage therapy industry. What You’ll Do 

As a Product Manager, Partner Experience at Aescape you will:

• Deliver a powerhouse digital ecosystem – beginning with Concierge, our tablet-based control center – that complements the Aescape table and serves the needs of our partners in a magical way.

• Align the team on the proper KPIs – defining and quantifying our Partner Experience – and then ensuring that we’re defining and delivering a roadmap that tackles the most impactful needs.

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of, and empathy for, our partners and their needs – both addressing obvious concerns and seeing around corners into the future.

• Drive alignment and lead complex projects across key teams including, Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Research.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years (or more) of experience in a Product Management role at a leading technology company.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional products that meet and exceed a customer’s needs.

• Previous experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.

• Exceptional ability to distill complex problems into a form that can be communicated across a variety of different stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company. 

• Previous experience in a highly analytical role – finance, consulting, data science/analytics.

• An MBA from a top school.
