We invite you to be part of our story.Job OverviewWe are seeking an innovative and dynamic Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to lead our hospitality brand’s social media strategy and influencer partnerships. This role is pivotal in elevating our brand presence across various social media platforms, driving engagement, and enhancing our reputation in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will also provide strategic guidance and support to local social media and marketing teams across our properties. Ideally, you are a resident of Portugal, Italy, Spain, France or Germany.Key Responsibilities• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:• Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall marketing goals and enhances our digital footprint.• Craft high-quality static and video content and oversee distribution across all social media channels including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, and Pinterest, ensuring brand consistency and voice.• Grow social media accounts organically through strategic planning and engagement.• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.Influencer Marketing:• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand reach and credibility.• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.• Measure and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, providing recommendations for future collaborations.Team Leadership and Development:• Lead, mentor, inspire, and provide strategic guidance and support to local social media and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.• Organize training sessions and workshops to upskill local teams and ensure the effective implementation of social media best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure a cohesive and responsive brand presence across social media platforms.• Partner with the analytics team to derive actionable insights from social media data and refine strategies accordingly.Brand Management and Growth:• Maintain and enhance the brand’s online reputation, actively engaging with the community and managing feedback.• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.• Explore and implement innovative social media technologies and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting and Analytics:• Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework for social media and influencer marketing activities.• Analyze key metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of social media and influencer campaigns.• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.• Use data-driven insights to guide the creation of content and the planning of campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and alignment with business objectives.• Track and benchmark the brand's social media performance against competitors and industry standards.Qualifications• Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
