Overview:
Affiliate Marketing Operations Manager
Chesterbrook, PA – Onsite or Hybrid Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Manager to support the affiliate and partnership team through administrative support, tracking and management of platforms and tools crucial to the growth of the channel
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with affiliate channel leads to manage the creative & offer change management and reporting process

Interfacing with external partners, our affiliate network, and publishers for all operational tasks including but not limited to:

Work with publishers to update marketing assets (including affiliate marketing bullets and banners)

Updating of landing pages and tracking links
- Testing and QA the accuracy, functionality, and flow of ad experiences and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution

Manage ad operations workflow including trafficking updated campaign material and integrating third-party tracking and attribution tracking

Monitor publisher activity as it relates to compliance and the competitive space
Qualifications:
QUAIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience is required

Digital advertising agency or affiliate network experience is required

Experience with lead gen or affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, Cake, Boberdoo, etc.)

Familiarity with lead generation and the debt relief industry is a plus
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 plus a target bonus
This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
