Responsibilities
Master the product through formal onboarding program and continued learning.
Prepare and lead customer onboarding experiences tailored to customer needs.
Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to meet project deadlines.
Proactively engage with customers post-live to ensure success.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to define best practices for onboarding.
Education
BA/BS/BE degree required
