Customer Onboarding Manager, Software

AffiniPay is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager with exceptional customer relationship building skills to ensure a successful transition for new customers to our MyCase product.

Responsibilities

  • Master the product through formal onboarding program and continued learning.
  • Prepare and lead customer onboarding experiences tailored to customer needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to meet project deadlines.
  • Proactively engage with customers post-live to ensure success.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define best practices for onboarding.

Education

  • BA/BS/BE degree required
