  • Proven experience in sales or telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone presence.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
