Manager, Tax
AG1 is looking for an experienced Manager, Tax to support all aspects of global tax compliance and operations. The ideal candidate will drive tax efficiencies and effectiveness while ensuring accurate tax reporting.
Skills
- 5+ years experience in corporate tax
- Solid knowledge of international tax concepts
- CPA licensure preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust tax processes for global compliance
- Manage tax calendar and direct tax compliance filings
- Lead processes related to indirect taxes
- Prepare tax provision and related journal entries
- Assist in developing operational tax strategies
- Oversee third-party tax providers and audits
- Research tax-related topics and consult with other departments regarding tax impact
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or comparable education
