JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Learning and Development Partner plays a key role in advancing our organizational development strategy to drive a culture that supports our team members’ growth through self-directed learning. This includes working in partnership to assess business needs; designing, developing, and delivering educational and/or organizational development solutions aimed at achieving the desired business outcomes; and evaluating the impact of learning/organizational development solutions at the appropriate levels (individual, team, and global organization).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, developing resources and tools to build a culture of highly engaged, self-directed learning.
- Lead global learning initiatives including the scoping, design, delivery, evaluation, and scaling of learning programs.
- Design and deliver learning content in multiple modalities, including synchronous and asynchronous remote learning, classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules and simulations, videos, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, and other supporting resource materials.
- Prepare business leaders, human resource team members, and other SMEs to serve as leaders-as-teachers for Leadership Development and related programs.
- Serve as a master trainer for specific courses by initiating new program launches as a subject matter expert, conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions, and supporting new facilitators in delivery of course or program content.
- Manage and deploy learning content through the utilization of a learning management system (LMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including center of excellence peers, leadership, and business stakeholders, to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted partner to local business teams and lead ongoing talent-need conversations that result in strong development solution roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive organizational needs assessments to identify learning gaps and strategic performance enhancement opportunities.
- Design and implement evaluation process of learning initiatives using a variety of assessment methods and use data-driven decisions to evaluate success and make program improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the learning and development space and recommend appropriate new approaches to learning solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, adult learning, instructional design, or related field.
- At least six years of experience in an L&D (learning and development), instructional design, and/or training role with strong knowledge of training approaches, learning technology, leadership development, and content creation.
- Experienced facilitator, comfortable presenting to groups both virtually and in person.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and collaborators, utilizing a project plan, and tracking deliverables.
- A strong background in leadership development and experience building manager-focused learning resources.
- Advanced level proficiency in designing and developing content using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva.
- Experience working in an administrative capacity in Workday Learning or a similar learning management system.
Preferred:
- Masters in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, or related field.
- Certification in change management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Demonstrated success operating in a global role.
Travel Requirements:
- Infrequent travel may be required to kick off new learning project initiatives (1-3 trips per year).
- Travel will be primarily domestic, but could include visits to our international sites.
COMPENSATION RANGE:
$94,000 - $129,250
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company’s performance and the Team Member’s performance.
