Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the Finance Team as a Senior Manager, Domestic Credit & Collections based in Assumption, IL. The Manager, Domestic Credit & Collections will be responsible for managing AGCO Grain and Protein US Legal Entity Credit and Collections.Your Impa• ctEngage with and manage credit/financing for all activities within the US legal entity, including manage project deposit requests and invoicing for project-based accountin• g.Monitor the credit worthiness of new and existing customers, enforce existing payment terms, provide audit control reviews and applicable reports as requested by managemen• t.Review, analyze and provide recommendations for violations of credit policy to the Director, Finance as neede• d.Manage domestic receivables and collections, including supervising collection and cash posting team of four employees and providing updates as required on the status of receivables and collection• s.Backup the International Credit Manager in regards to letters of credit, international credit collections, and international documentation requirements.Your Experience and Qualificatio• nsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience require• d.Five or more years of post-collegiate, progressive experience in domestic and international credit/accounting required, exposure to large international credit agencies preferre• d.Two or more years of advanced experience in providing letters of credit require• d.Knowledge of SOX standards, receivables insurance and EXIM financing require• d.Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (particularly MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) required.Your Benef• itsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus sch• emeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work within the organizational framew• orkHealth and life insuranceYour WorkplaceYou will be working hybrid based in Assumption,IL.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
