We’re seeking a product owner to help lead the overall success of Ria’s product line. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity and will be responsible for managing the product's lifecycle. Most importantly, we need a product manager to help us build better products people love using.

- Work with a cross-functional team to determine the product's business model.
- Define the marketing and PR strategies for the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature
- Listen to and understand customer feedback and respond to product suggestions
- Understanding and representing user needs
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure relevant teams clearly understand them
- Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology
- Work with development and business teams to plan and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
- Lead team to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for project management.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Experience in product management/development or related field
- In-depth knowledge of project management
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments
- Experience with mobile apps development including UI
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Salary: The base range for this position is $84,000 - $110,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
