Enterprise Customer Success Manager

AgentSync, a leader in insurance compliance software, is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with high-value customers, ensuring their success with our products through education, training, and support.

Skills

  • Enterprise B2B SaaS platform Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Consulting
  • Experience working with VP and above stakeholders in insurance, financial services, compliance, or legal industries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex Enterprise solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude and ability to deliver results in challenging situations
  • Team player with high energy and motivation

Responsibilities

  • Own full customer lifecycle relationships for Enterprise customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, exceeding expectations at every phase of the customer journey
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams for smooth implementations, training, and support
  • Recommend business process improvements based on customer goals and product knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding customer success updates and feedback
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for a world-class Customer Success function
  • Partner with various teams to identify product and customer experience improvements
