What is the Role?
Are you ready to be a catalyst for transformation? As a Manager for Product Consulting
within the broader AiDash Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our
vision forward. You'll own and drive our consultative engagements with customers,
ensuring they realize exceptional business outcomes through our satellite-powered AI
tech.
Our customers have climate resilience problems, AiDash has a robust tech platform, and
you will drive the outcome. Here's what your journey with us will look like:
•Strategic Consulting Partnership: You'll be the go-to person for our customers,
developing solid working relationships from C-suite executives to front-line field
staff (you get a pair of work boots on us!). You'll work closely with customers to dive
deep into their business objectives, needs, and challenges, collaboratively
identifying the critical problems you will solve with them. Imagine the customers’
situation as trying to find a few needles in a haystack, except the haystack spansthousands of miles, and they have nothing but a clipboard and truck to go find them.
You’ll expertly lead them through complex analytics around their problem set with
compelling communication skills. You'll serve as their trusted advisor, crafting
tailored strategies to tackle this thorny problem using our satellite-powered AI
technology.
•Product Value Maximization: You’ll lead dynamic cross-functional teams spanning
analytics, data science, product, sales and delivery to craft the perfect solution and
customer journey for the customer’s needs. This means more than just creating
strategic outcomes for your customers – you’ll be the voice of the customer for our
R&D, and your tailored customer solution today will drive new product development
atop our incredible AI platform. As we expand our portfolio of products, you’ll
workshop specific capabilities with our Data Science, Engineering, and Geospatial
Analytics teams. Your knack for problem-solving and innovative thinking will drive
value creation beyond expectations, reducing environmental risks once and for all.
•Change Enablement & End-to-end Ownership: You will take full ownership of the
customer’s journey and collaborate with multiple AiDash departments to
implement & deploy crafted product solutions for them. You’ll lead critical change
management efforts, guiding customers through the transition while painting a
compelling narrative that underscores the necessity for change. Your leadership will
be instrumental in ensuring that our products are seamlessly integrated into our
customers’ workflows within time & budget constraints. The result? Customers are
set up for successful long-term, impactful use of our products and realize value
from AiDash.
What are we looking for?
•Experience: You bring 3-6 years of experience that includes management
consulting, digital product consulting, analytics or large-scale, complex B2B SaaS
deployments with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver impactful
projects for clients. Your work isn’t just the design or leave-behind
recommendation: you have made measurable change happen with diverse
stakeholders in an operational environment.
•Customer Empathy and Initiative: As a self-motivated individual, you're not afraid to
roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in our customers’ field environments.
Whether it's donning a hardhat and work boots to work with the front line, or
engaging in management discussions, you approach every interaction with the
strongest customer empathy, respect for a diversity of customers from communities
all over the country (and increasingly, the world), and a passion for finding solutions
to their pain points. Your intellectual curiosity and drive to learn new topics enables
you to absorb information quickly and turn that into value for the customer. And yourability to build strategic relationships and manage diverse stakeholder interests are
second to none.
•Communication and Problem-Solving: Your ability to communicate effectively and
navigate ambiguity sets you apart. You thrive in challenging situations, leveraging
your real-time problem-solving skills to drive meaningful outcomes. You can lead
our customers on an ambiguous and technically complex journey with active
listening and compelling storytelling.
•Team Leadership: Your leadership skills shine brightest in cross-functional
environments. You thrive on collaboration, bringing together diverse teams to
achieve common goals. You employ high colleague empathy across a globally
distributed team to make things happen for your customers.
•Education: While a post-graduate degree in a business discipline from a Tier I
institution would be advantageous, we value intellectual curiosity and a passion for
tackling complex challenges.

•Balance work, life, and the great outdoors: Our North America team is remote-first.
With our mission-driven ethos we are making a major impact while working from
home. But when it’s time to show off our amazing technology to customers, we hit
the road and head to some incredible places. You may have the opportunity to travel
across North America (and in some cases, globally), visiting customers, seeing
breathtaking views, and experiencing diverse geographies. While travel frequencycan vary, you can expect to be on the move for about 2-4 days each month (less than
30%).
