Your Role 

As a Front-End Engineer on the Agent Builder team, you will implement and develop production-grade user interfaces that enable complex task automation and AI agent orchestration in healthcare claim management workflows. These interfaces form the critical bridge between users and advanced AI models, transforming complex healthcare data into intuitive, actionable workflows that empower users to orchestrate intelligent automation with unprecedented clarity and control. 

You'll contribute directly to the evolution of our agent-driven user experience, ensuring that all interface components are performant, accessible, and built with maintainable, scalable code. Your work will influence not just user interface functionality, but the platform-wide standards that drive design consistency, usability excellence, and user adoption across our AI-powered healthcare automation solutions. 

In this role, you will: 

• Design and implement scalable, modern UI components using React, TypeScript, and Vite that enable intuitive AI agent orchestration, seamless workflow creation, and real-time collaboration between users and intelligent automation systems. 

• Build sophisticated visualizations with VisX that transform complex healthcare datasets into interactive, real-time insights, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and optimize AI agent performance across claim management workflows. 

• Champion user experience standards including responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) compliance, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring interfaces are enterprise-grade and accessible to all healthcare professionals regardless of their technical background. 

• Connect seamlessly to backend systems to ensure fast, flexible, and reliable data access while maintaining optimal user experience and real-time synchronization with AI agent operations and healthcare data flows. 

• Collaborate strategically with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to refine workflows, develop prototypes, and deliver elegant, data-rich interfaces that meet the complex requirements of healthcare claim automation and AI agent management. 

• Drive architectural excellence by helping shape and maintain our front-end architecture and design system, establishing patterns and components that support scalable AI interface development and consistent user experiences. 

• Maintain code quality by writing clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage and performance optimization, participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts that elevate team standards. 

Technologies you'll work with include React, TypeScript, React Query, MobX, Tanstack Router, VisX, Vite, and other modern front-end tools—with a focus on healthcare data visualization, AI workflow orchestration, and high-performance interface architecture for mission-critical automation systems. 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for engineers who thrive in AI-driven healthcare environments and want to build the user interface foundation that enables intuitive, powerful orchestration of intelligent automation in complex healthcare workflows where clarity and usability are critical. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain scalable, modern UI components using React, TypeScript, and Vite.  

• Implement data visualizations with VisX for interactive, real-time insights. 

• Connect to backend systems via REST APIs, ensuring fast, flexible, and reliable data access.  

• Partner with UX and design teams to refine workflows, prototypes, and component specs.  

• Ensure responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.  

• Help shape and maintain our front-end architecture and design system.  

• Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage and performance focus.  

• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 5+ years of front-end experience, including production work with React and TypeScript.  

• Experience building and shipping data visualizations using VisX or similar libraries.  

• Proficient in leveraging REST APIs to support client-side web applications.  

• Familiar with build tools like Vite to apply best practices for packaging, shipping, and deploying front-end applications.  

• Strong eye for UI/UX detail and an understanding of component-based design patterns.  

• Experience writing accessible, performant, and well-tested code.  

• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones (Europe and U.S. overlap). 

Nice-to-Have 

• Experience with analytics products or enterprise dashboard platforms.  

• Familiarity with Figma, design tokens, or design system tooling.  

• Experience contributing to or maintaining internal component libraries.
