Our Doral branch is looking for a new Control Group Operations Agent to join our Air Logistics team.

You will monitor and update shipment orders through QuickSTAT's IT enterprise systems.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be tracking and tracing shipments thru alarm management and checkpoint verification at main milestones.
• Communicate with QuickSTAT vendors (service partners and airlines / carriers to ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied.
• You will be working with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Customer Service and the Commercial Business
• Development (BD) team to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• You identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Management and update clients together with Customer Service.
• You are ensuring all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit.
• Keeping the Management Team advised of potential confirmed issues as they arise.
• Flexibility- Afternoon shift (12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm), one weekend day and some holidays as required.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 1+ year Customer Service experience
• 6+ months of Air logistics experience
• Highschool or equivalent education
