This team works on infrastructure that enable Airbnb developers to be productive across all stages of the software development lifecycle.CI/CD: This team is responsible for building infrastructure that allow developers to test/deploy code confidently and with ease. This includes things like: infrastructure to scale our CI cluster, services that keep CI fast and healthy like flaky test detection, merge queues etc, integration testing infrastructure, and deployment tooling.A Typical DayThis engineer on Dev Infra, you will work on technologies that help shape an industry-leading end to end developer experience. In this role you will be:• Building CI/CD Tooling• Improving developer productivity for all engineers at Airbnb. If we can improve productivity by 20%, the impact is equivalent to hiring 20% more developers.• Responsible for building the technical strategy and evolving Airbnb’s developer infrastructure that directly moves our core metrics (Developer Experience, Developer Velocity, Debuggability, Resilience and Reliability) while reducing cost.• Partnering with engineering leaders across all Airbnb teams for adoption of the new capabilities. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.Pay Range$185,000—$221,000 USD
