Job Description :Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HRIS Specialist (Contract) to join our HR Service Delivery team based in Herndon, VA.In this position you will support the HR business strategy and initiatives by maintaining and evolving our current HRIS systems preparing them for the evolution to Workday.A key responsibility will be partnering with HR, IM / IT, Finance and various stakeholders from the business to ensure HR technology delivers value and a high impact employee experience.Meet the Team :Working in our Human Resources department, it’s our mission to help support Airbus’ greatest assets : our team members.
