AirsSculpt is seeking a Director of Learning and Development! The Director of Learning of Development will be a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development activities for AirSculpt team members. This role involves creating a culture of continuous learning, facilitating skill development, and contributing to the overall success of AirSculpt. As our Director of Learning and Development, you will create engaging, compelling content that enhances AirSculpt’s training experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust learning strategies aligned with the Company’s culture, business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs, skill gaps, and talent opportunities to incorporate into learning content.
- Create content for a variety of projects, including SOP Manuals, training documents, and e-learning courses. Write material that is engaging, clear, and easy to understand.
- Design and implement training programs and workshops for various levels of AirSculpt staff, including front desk, practice managers, operations and corporate employees.
- Design templates, graphics, and audio/visual materials for use in how-to guides, instruction manuals, e-learning, webinars, PowerPoint / Google Slide presentations, participant guides, assessments, etc.
- Design easy-to-use courses and content to maximize learning, retention and application.
- Create leadership development programs to nurture and grow AirSculpt managers providing them with the skills to lead teams effectively while driving business results.
- Develop and enhance onboarding programs for new team members, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive introduction to the Company’s culture, employee experience, and role responsibilities.
- Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to deliver efficient and engaging training content, enabling decentralized learning opportunities and self-paced development.
- Utilize instructional technology tools to enhance learning and ensure that design and delivery are consistent with identifying learning goals and objectives.
- Deliver Manager Guides to support application of new skills and managerial evaluation of technical competence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in technical writing, curriculum development, or instructional design.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides; Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Publisher. Fluent in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and innovative learning technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally; outstanding ability to obtain important information from SMEs.
- Creative, progressive, thought leadership with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
- Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!
