Renewals Associate
Airtable is seeking a Renewals Associate to support their Commercial Sales Team in Austin. The role focuses on driving the renewals process, enhancing customer contracts, and mitigating churn.

- Own and drive the renewals process in collaboration with the account team.

- Maintain an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon renewal.
Education
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales/Customer Success/Account Management
