Senior Manager, Customer Success

Senior Manager needed to lead Customer Success team focusing on F500 companies on the East Coast. Essential role in customer retention and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and support a team of CSMs to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for customer retention.
  • Partner with CSMs to quantify the value that Airtable brings to customers.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach top talent for the team.
  • Lead internal initiatives to drive change management and adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and report quarterly metrics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
