Craft and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement both inbound and outbound consultative sales techniques to drive revenue growth, tailoring approaches to market trends and customer needs.
Convert and Retain Customers: Engage proactively with leads, convert prospects into paying customers, and ensure high retention through seamless renewals.
Optimise Onboarding: Implement best practices for new business user onboarding to reduce churn and maximise client value.
Consultative Selling: Continuously identify opportunities for existing clients to upgrade to higher-value offerings, aligning solutions with their evolving needs.
Cross-Selling: Identify and present additional services and products to both new and existing clients, enhancing overall revenue and customer satisfaction.
CRM Proficiency: Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM features, functions, and integrations.
Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics relevant to Airtasker's services.
Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Airtasker's products and services, including features, benefits, and value proposition.
Sales Skills: Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads, with strong objection handling, selling, and negotiation skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and proposals.
Relationship Building: Strong skills in establishing rapport and trust with clients for long-term partnerships.
