Offline Marketing Campaign Manager (Part-Time)

We are searching for an Offline Marketing Campaign Marketer to run flyering campaigns in Birmingham. The perfect candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can get up to speed quickly and own this marketing channel.

This role acts as the primary contact for our Taskers who distribute flyers. You'll manage everything from posting and assigning flyering tasks each week, communicating with Taskers, organising flyer distribution and ensuring that all Taskers get paid and reviewed. 

You own and be responsible for improving the operational process, working towards increasing the conversion of flyers distributed to tasks being posted on Airtasker.

This is a part time role (3 days per week).

What you'll do:

• Post, assign and manage flyering campaigns in Birmingham

• Oversee flyer distribution, working with Taskers to ensure they complete their tasks on time

• Manage all communication between Airtasker and Taskers, be their main point of contact 

• Own and optimise the operational process, seeking out ways to make it more efficient 

• Find ways to increase the conversation from flyers distributed to tasks posted on Airtasker

• Track and report on performance metrics weekly (number of tasks completed, QR codes scanned, tasks posted)

• Own and maintain flyer stock levels, working with our printers to restock when needed

• Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve.

• Technical skills: Ability to fully learn the Airtasker app and website. Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets).
