Key account specialist

OverviewThe Key Account Specialist I will be responsible for a multitude of global operational duties including quoting, tracking & tracing, vendor / agent relations, problem resolution, and high-level customer service.Special expertise and experience in international air operations, QMS compliance, ocean service liaison and report generation.Responsibilities• Tracking and tracing shipments on a daily basis. Track overhead shipments daily and route accordingly.
