Role Description:
The eFront business is seeking an Account Manager to work closely with eFront clients to be their trusted advisor, problem solver and business partner – and to take full advantage of the eFront product suite.
Key responsibilities include:
Own relationships with client teams including senior management (e.g. Chief Financial Officer). Understand their business objectives and needs, and help them leverage eFront expertise to achieve their firm’s goals
As an extension of the client’s in-house team, work with clients to create and manage projects, coordinating resources across multiple functional areas within eFront/BRS
Work closely with clients to solve their problems and share knowledge relating to eFront products, functionality, workflows and market best-practices
Build strong internal relationships within eFront/BRS (Bus Dev, Product, Professional Services, etc.)
Execute regularly scheduled relationship reviews, educate clients on the eFront value proposition, and drive client satisfaction
Pursue harvesting/cross and upsell opportunities, eliminate/mitigate churn and increase client health scores
Experience Required:
5-7 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry (public and/or private), familiarity with alternative investments (private equity, private debt, etc.) and financial operations
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
Entrepreneurial approach to large, complex projects, with a flair for problem solving
Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary global team
People management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage junior talent and translate strategy into action across both formal and virtual teams
For New York City and California only the salary range for this position is $147,250 – $185,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 3 days in the office each week, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week; some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities. Beginning in September, all employees will shift to at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
