Hardware Engineering Intern

Alarm.com is looking for an ambitious Hardware Engineering Intern to work on various video camera products. The intern will assist in hardware design, manufacturing, and collaboration with different engineering teams.

Skills

Academic knowledge in Electrical Engineering
Experience in schematic capture, layout design, and hardware bring up
Circuit design, simulation, and testing knowledge
Basic RF and Python knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for technology and consumer product development

Responsibilities

Building and projecting plans for new product evaluations
Assisting with hardware design - schematic design, PCB layout and design verification
Working with Mechanical design engineers and firmware engineers
Other duties as assigned

Education

Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
