Manager, Visual Design

Alarm.com is seeking a Manager, Visual Design to lead the in-house design team, collaborate with various teams, and ensure brand consistency.

Skills

Graphic design expertise
InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency
PowerPoint proficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage the in-house Visual Design team and provide creative direction
Work with Senior Manager of Creative Services for project execution
Act as an individual contributor on creative requests
Delegate projects, provide guidance and direction to achieve project goals
Manage company design assets and assist in recruiting and onboarding

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field
