In this role, you will provide support for our users by phone and digital systems. You will also work on the fulfillment of daily orders, and regular inventory management. You will also have an opportunity to assist with content creation, marketing, and many other operational areas. This diversity of work will give you an opportunity to develop your professional skills and provide an exciting work environment with a variety of fun challenges.
Prior technical knowledge is not required; however, technical curiosity and a willingness to learn are key to your success in the role. In fact, candidates without previous technical support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
