The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper, world-shaper.About the Role:Join our Performance and Planning organization in an exciting role that offers flexibility in location, allowing you to be based in any of our regions.As the Global Integrated Planning Manager, your primary focus will be to lead and coordinate the integrated operations planning process, primarily for long-term plans. You will manage integrated mine-refinery system economic models and provide analytical support to the broader operations organization. Your role will ensure the smooth running of critical planning processes, drive alignment between operations planning and corporate strategy, and foster cohesion within the broader organization. Additionally, you will drive value by optimizing asset and operating decisions through robust analytical support and inspire change through clear and structured communication. As a key member of the Planning and Performance team, you will also provide support on critical initiatives in Alcoa Business Systems, Operational Risks and Operational Performance Management, including alignment of these initiatives with the Long-Term Plans .What you can bring to the role:Our core values—acting with integrity, operating with excellence, caring for people, and leading with courage—are at the foundation of everything we do. To succeed in this role and contribute to our ongoing success, we seek the following qualifications:• Demonstrated experience in a relevant field such as Engineering, Commerce, or Finance.• Experience in the resource industry / manufacturing including through consulting firms aligned with the resource sector.• Proven experience in leading teams and/or project management.• Strong financial modelling skills.• Attention to detail with a practical and methodical approach to processes and procedures.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex topics through clear, simple, and visual messages.• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams globally, lead change, and manage competing demands and customer expectations.• Proficiency in data management, collection, analysis, synthesis, and presentation.• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.Alcoa encourages applications from women, people of diverse backgrounds, and those with different skills and life experiences.
