We show you why choosing a career with us is the best decision you can make and, for standout interns, the chance to join us as a full-time employee upon graduation.Position Type: Full-TimeThe program requires a time commitment of forty hours per week for ten weeksThe hourly wage for this position is $28 and individuals are entitled to overtime paymentThe duties required by this role can be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.• Gain valuable insights from the training leader, allowing for a complete understanding of the importance of leadership in building and maintaining a culture of excellence.• Gets trained on the intricacies of warehouse functions and cooperates with the workforce assigned there.• Learns and becomes well-versed in all relevant regulations and rules.• Assists upper management with training initiatives and administrative obligations.• Demonstrates leadership by taking charge of creating an exceptional working environment and improving the work performance and efficiency of warehouse staff.• Assists in conducting interviews and orientations.• Offers aid to the Inventory Control Team in handling inventory-related tasks.• Provides Support in Conducting Waste Walks.• We have taken a detailed look at current warehouse procedures and identified several bottlenecks that are impeding the smooth flow of operations. To eliminate these bottlenecks, we suggest implementing innovative technologies and streamlined processes.• Forms strong partnerships with team members to deepen knowledge in the subject matter.• Joins team meetings and training programs accordingly.• It is necessary to show high levels of professionalism by maintaining perfect attendance, following company policies and procedures, completing tasks accurately, and meeting all objectives on time.• Other duties may be required.ALDI ACTS Competencies:• Being a business owner requires taking charge of the district, recognizing the most crucial elements that drive the business, and utilizing them to take full advantage of opportunities.
