We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In this role, you will focus on building data-driven solutions that drive key business decisions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics into our workflows and help shape our data strategy.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Visualize data and create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest data science tools, techniques, and industry trends.
• Document methodologies, workflows, and processes for reproducibility and future reference.

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of BigQuery, BI platforms, SQL / API.
• In-depth knowledge of spreadsheets (ie: Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). 
• Reliability and accuracy with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with data analysis and ETL processes. 
• Experience in marketing or finance is an advantage. 

• You have a sharp analytical mind and a passion for extracting meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• You’re skilled at translating business problems into data-driven solutions and can effectively communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You’re detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity to explore data and uncover hidden patterns.
• You stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and are excited to apply them to real-world problems.
